Painapol is an amazing online shop full of stuff that I love. My brain and tastes are super random, so here at Painapol you’ll find all kinds of things (all of them fantastic, obviously).

I’ve decided that I want to be friends with anyone that loves the same stuff that I do.

YES, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

All shipments will be processed during the next 24-48 hours, pretty packages will be made and carried with all the love in the world to the post office. Weekdays only, of course, because on weekends sometimes I sleep.

Once at the post office, we will all start praying so you can receive your packages as soon as possible. Right now everything is shipped through Correos de España because I want the shipping to be as cheap as possible for you around the world.

For shipments in Spain, it can take between 4 and 7 before you get your package.

Shipments around Europe can take up to 2 weeks to arrive to your homes. And for the rest of the world it will take a minimum of 3 weeks because you live really far from me and all good things take their time.

If you are really in a hurry to receive your purchase, write me at [email protected] and we will look for the way you receive everything as soon as possible.

Please note that all shipments can vary in their delivery times for reasons Painapol can’t control, so we can’t be held responsible for anything that’s not in our hands. But all shipments come with a tracking number, so we can look for it together if something happens.

For Spain and European Union countries, all taxes are included on the prices you see.

For countries outside the European Union and Canarias (I’M SORRY!), prices are the same but you’ll have to pay for any possible customs taxes in your countries that Painapol can’t be held responsible for. At the customs office in your country will inform you about everything but if you refuse the shipment, you’ll have to assume the original shipping expenses and also any expense Painapol has to pay for your refusal.

Here at Painapol you can pay with Paypal or any credit or debit card you prefer (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, 4B, etc..). Everything very easy, harmless and painless. Bigcartel payment system is completely safe. I’ll never know your bank details or anything, but if you still have doubts write me and we can chat a little bit.

If by any crazy chance you feel like paying with a bank transfer, please write me at [email protected] and we will talk about how you can do it.

If you want to cancel your order, let’s hope it doesn’t happen (cross my fingers), write me the same day of your purchase. If you don’t notice me the very same day, I’ll have probably already shipped your package and it will be too late.

If you receive your purchase and you are not totally convinced, you’ll have 15 days to write me at [email protected] and return everything with no problem because I want everyone to be happy. You will pay all return expenses and all the products will have to be in perfect shape and inside their original packaging.

Once I receive all the products back, I’ll write you to confirm the reception and I’ll refund you for your purchase. Please note that I won’t be able to refund you for the shipping expenses, only for the products..
